Identity and Domicile of the Controller

Jordy de Jesús García Sandoval, hereinafter "Zentia", am the person responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, my address for hearing and receiving notifications is Rosario Castellanos #136, Villas Oriente, Morelia, Michoacán, CP. 58300.

This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about what personal data I collect, the purposes for processing said data, with whom I share it, and what your rights are as a data subject.

1. Personal Data We Collect

To carry out the purposes described in this policy, I collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identification and Contact Data: Directly provided by you (email, password) or through third parties like Google Sign-In (name, email).
• Data on Your Preferences and Interests: The information you input for idea generation (topic, focus, audience, etc.).
• Usage and Activity Data: Your search history and the ideas you decide to save to your account.
• Transaction-Related Data: Information related to your subscription plan for the allocation of credits ("bits"). No sensitive financial data is collected.

2. Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

a) Primary Purposes (necessary for the service):

• To create, manage, and authenticate your user account.
• To process your idea generation requests.
• To manage your subscription plan and "bit" balance.
• To personalize your experience in the application.
• To attend to support requests and communicate with you.

b) Secondary Purposes (non-essential):

• To analyze application usage to identify areas for improvement.
• To send you notifications about new features or offers (you may opt-out).

3. Transfer of Personal Data

To fulfill the described purposes, your data may be shared with the following third parties: Google LLC (Firebase and Gemini API) and RevenueCat, Inc. These transfers are necessary for the provision of the service.

4. Your Rights (ARCO) and Revocation of Consent

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, you must submit the respective request via email to: turneat.networks@gmail.com.

5. Data Security

I have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

I reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy policy at any time. Such modifications will be available through the application.

7. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You may request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time by following the instructions within the application.

• Deletion Process: Upon confirming the deletion of your account, all your personal data (including email, search history, saved ideas, and remaining bits) will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
• Data Retention: Upon account deletion, all your active personal data (search history, saved ideas, etc.) is permanently deleted. However, to prevent fraud and abuse of our welcome gift program, we may retain your email address (or a one-way hash of it) in a secure, separate list. This information is used solely for the legitimate interest of ensuring a welcome gift is not issued to the same address more than once and is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing, or shared with third parties.
• Active Subscriptions: As described in the account deletion instructions, if you have an active paid subscription, you must first cancel it through the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store), as we do not manage payments directly. You will not be able to delete your account while you have an active subscription, to prevent improper charges.

By using the Zentia application, you state that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy.
