Zentia Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Zentia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zentia mobile
application ("App"), owned by Jordy de Jesús García Sandoval ("Zentia", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our App, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally
bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If
you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Zentia reserves the
right to implement mechanisms to prevent abuse of its welcome programs (such as the initial "bits" gift),
including the verification of email records to prevent the creation of multiple accounts by a single
individual.
2. App Currency ("Bits")
The App uses a virtual currency called "Bits". Bits are required to unlock certain features, such as the
generation of detailed content (scripts, hashtags, etc.).

License to Use: Bits are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use features
of the App. **Bits are not money, have no real monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be
exchanged for cash.**

Acquiring Bits: Bits are primarily granted through the purchase of subscription plans
(e.g., "Scene", "Spotlight", "Estelar") or as part of a one-time welcome gift.

Welcome Bits: New users may be granted an initial amount of Welcome Bits (e.g., 25
bits). This gift is strictly limited to one per person. Zentia uses a verification system (based on
email) to prevent abuse of this offer. Users who delete their account and re-register with the same
email address will not receive a second welcome gift.

RECHARGE AND EXPIRATION POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT!): Subscription plans grant a fixed
allotment of Bits (e.g., 150, 450, 1000) for each billing cycle (e.g., monthly). Your first allotment of
Bits is granted immediately upon your initial purchase.
Your Bits are reset and refilled on your specific renewal date. For example, if you
subscribe on January 25th, your Bits will be reset on February 25th (upon successful renewal).
UNUSED BITS DO NOT ACCUMULATE ("ROLL OVER"). Upon a successful renewal, your Bit
balance will be **reset** to your plan's full allotment. Any remaining Bits from the previous cycle are
forfeited and do not carry over.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Zentia offers paid subscription plans that automatically renew (e.g., monthly or annually).

Payment Processors: All payments are processed by third parties, such as the Google
Play Store or Apple App Store, through our partner RevenueCat, Inc. Zentia does not collect or store
your financial information.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for the same period
(e.g., month-to-month or year-to-year) unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy: You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription. You
must do so **directly through your account settings in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.**
Uninstalling the App or deleting your Zentia account WILL NOT cancel your subscription.

Plan Changes (Upgrades/Downgrades): If you change from one plan to another, the store
(Google/Apple) may calculate proration and adjust your billing cycle.

Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Zentia does not issue refunds. The refund policy is subject entirely to the terms of the store where you
made the purchase (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
4. AI-Generated Content
Zentia's core functionality is to generate ideas and content (scripts, hashtags, etc.) using third-party
artificial intelligence models (such as Google Gemini).

Disclaimer: The generated content is provided "AS IS". Zentia makes no warranty or
guarantee as to the accuracy, originality, suitability, or quality of the AI-generated content. The
content may contain errors, be similar to existing content, or not be up-to-date.

User's Use and Responsibility: **You assume all responsibility for the use of the
generated content.** It is your duty to review, verify, and adapt the content before publishing or using
it for any purpose. Zentia shall not be liable for any damages, loss of profits, or third-party claims
(including, but not limited to, claims of copyright infringement or defamation) arising from your use of
the generated content.
5. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your Zentia account from the "Settings" or "Profile" section of the App.

Free Users:** If you do not have an active subscription, your account and all associated data
(history, remaining bits, etc.) will be permanently deleted.

Users with Active Subscriptions:** For your own financial security, **you will not be able to
delete your account if you have an active subscription.** You must first cancel your subscription in
the Google Play Store / App Store (see Section 3.3). Once the subscription has expired at the end of
the billing cycle, you may proceed to delete your account.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to manipulate, "hack", or exploit the Bits system.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the welcome gift.
- Generate content that is hateful, dangerous, illegal, or violates the rights of third parties.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App or the APIs it uses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you have violated
these Terms.
7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. Zentia does not warrant that
the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or the cost of substitute services, arising from the
use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via
the app or by email). Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the
new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any
dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
competent courts located in the city of Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico.
